Jeff Milanette

Jeff Milanette is a graduate of the US Naval Academy and earned an MBA in Finance from the George Washington University. He is a pioneer in the business incubation industry.

Jeff has also started and directed several technology companies – three in the ICT sector. His interests and experiences extend beyond the US to include Europe, Asia, and sub-Saharan Africa. His work in Africa included designing a sustainable, replicable ICT incubator model program for the World Bank’s infoDev program (2008).

Jeff also holds a certificate in Russian from New York University and is a certified facilitator for both Fast Trac (Kauffman Foundation) entrepreneur training and GrowthWheel. Jeff is a member of the Board of Directors and Treasurer of the International Business Innovation Association (formerly NBIA).
